When you arrive, they greet you warmly and seem genuinely prepared for your visit. The customer service here is truly authentic.

In contrast, I’ve been to other renowned places in the city and visited destination spas across the country, including Mexico and Hawaii. Most of the time, you wonder if the person on the phone is even qualified to help you, and you worry if you’ll get an appointment. Then, when you arrive, they seem surprised to see you. It’s the opposite of the experience here.

As for the treatments from Jenn, they have the most impact and effectiveness. I’ve always been more interested in outcomes than pampering. I’ve had needling done at other places, and while I haven’t had IPL before, I can’t compare it to a baseline.
