A few important elements to consider when booking

• At this time, we are not in-network with any insurance companies. However, several companies can provide Letters of Agreement with the Deschamps-Braly Clinic for gender affirmation surgery. Examples are: Starbucks, Facebook, Apple, Amazon and Google. Please check with your specific employer to see if this is a possibility.

• We charge a scheduling fee at your time of booking for your consultation time with Dr. Deschamps-Braly.

• We require that you get a very specific set of radiographic imaging prior to your consultation for any craniofacial procedures. Great results come from extremely detailed planning – especially when altering the craniofacial skeleton. These images are an essential part of the consultation as we review them carefully, do extensive measurements in the office, and provide you with a surgical roadmap that you can feel confident in. The fees for this imaging are paid directly to the laboratory.
