In-Network Coverage with Aetna
As of 1/1/2026, the Deschamps-Braly Clinic is an in-network provider with Aetna of California* across four regions. This agreement allows eligible Aetna members to access our surgical services, including Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) and Facial Masculinization Surgery (FMS), with in-network benefits.
While our contract is based in California, many Aetna Health Plans offer full reciprocity, which extends in-network benefits to members regardless of their state of residence. This means that patients enrolled in certain Aetna plans outside of California may still qualify for in-network coverage at the Deschamps-Braly Clinic.
We may be considered in-network for the following plan types:
- Managed Choice (MC)
- Point of Service (POS)
- Elect Choice (EPO)
- Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
Coverage can vary by employer or individual plan, so it is important to confirm your eligibility directly with Aetna prior to scheduling.
