“When we set out to build our practice, we started with a single question:
How do we make our patients happy?

We then worked backwards from that question. This means that we continually examine our methods to ensure that our practice remains true to our goal of putting smiles on our patients’ faces. Maintaining and refining our techniques requires ongoing effort, as does the delivery of an exceptionally high standard of service. Our aim is to provide the same quality and level of service we would want for ourselves if we were in our patients’ shoes.

Our staff put enormous time and resources into ensuring all details are attended to. Providing good service and quality work cannot be done without a dedicated team. Our people have been selected because of their complementary talents; they pool their strengths and mitigate each others weaknesses to form a cohesive team whose total is more than the sum of its parts.

The challenge and artistry of surgery is a huge motivation in my life. It requires patience, concentration, stamina, vision, and a commitment to honestly reflect upon our own results. We believe providing surgical expertise and great service is a prerequisite to our successful existence. But that is not our only motivation. We are here for you. We are here to give you our very best. We are here to relish in your sense of relief and joy as the dressings are removed. That is why I get out of bed every morning.
